I’m happy to share that I’ve been accepted to the MSc Neuroscience at King’s College London!

King’s is the largest combined research community for neuroscience, psychiatry, and psychology in the UK, and one of the largest in the world. I’ve been following (and learning from) researchers there since I first got into neuroscience back in 2018.

I’m incredibly excited to join such an outstanding program, and at the opportunities for learning and collaboration ahead. It feels like a natural next step as my interest in health conditions (like FND and Parkinson’s) and computational neuroscience continue to dovetail.

It’s also part of the vibrant and sprawling London neuro scene, which I’m very excited to dive into (analogy: if you’re a jazz drummer, you want to move to New York. If you’re me right now, you want to be in London).

When I’m there (and time permitting), I hope to revive this blog as a place to explore foundational concepts and frameworks of intelligence from a neuroscientific perspective. “Workshopping in public” is a style that suits my personality.

Of course, there’s still quite a bit to do – I’m moving to the UK in a little less than a week! and expect to be “full-on” with the coursework and variety of unexpected things that’ll no doubt emerge organically.
